Product training on the Greiner VACUETTE® Safety Blood Collection Set is now available 24/7 through the use of this app. Users will watch a brief video, practice the instruction with the assistance of ‘ghost hands’, and then perform the exercise unassisted three times to complete the assignment. Using this device according to the in-vein activation instruction enables the user to secure the needle while taking it out of the vein, eliminating any exposure to a contaminated needle. This training utilizes the APP method - Anchor the wing, Pinch the clear piece and Pull until a click is heard. A record of successful completion can be provided to employers who are utilizing the app to verify that training was accomplished. Happy training!
